Step-by-Step Guide to Submitting Your Nomination for the 2024-25 People's Choice Awards

Step 1: Online Nomination Submission

Kickstart the nomination process by filling out the form at  Nominate Now . Ensure your profile is detailed, as it will serve as the primary basis for initial evaluations by the jury. Accurate and thorough profile information can significantly enhance your nomination’s standing.

Step 2: Category Selection

Choose the category that best reflects your organization's core vision and strengths. Categories may relate to innovation, scalability, or sectoral focus. Accurate selection helps align your organization with the most relevant competition, showcasing its unique offerings.

Step 3: Initial Assessment: Visit/Telephonic Interview

Upon submission, you’ll undergo a Initial Assessment aimed at assessing your organization's mission, values, and notable achievements. This step offers an opportunity to emphasize what differentiates your organization's in the market, particularly in areas such as innovation, social impact, or technology.

Step 4: Submission of Detailed Documentation

Submit a comprehensive profile, including documents that highlight your organization's journey, key milestones, awards, and testimonials. This will help the jury build a complete picture of your contributions and impact, particularly in terms of growth and industry leadership.

Step 5: Jury Evaluation and Shortlisting

A panel of industry leaders and experts will review all submissions, assessing each organization based on scalability, innovation, sustainability, and overall excellence. organizations that excel in these areas will be shortlisted for the next round of evaluation.

Step 6: There can be physical visit to establish authenticity.

To maintain transparency and authenticity in our competition, we conduct physical on-site visits. This allows us to validate participant information directly, ensuring fair and credible competition standards.

Step 7: Announcement of Final Results

Results will be announced by March 29, 2025 . Shortlisted organization/individual will be notified via email, with the final list of winners published on our website and across our social media channels.

Step 8: The Grand Award Ceremony and Networking

Winners will be celebrated in a Grand Award Ceremony at Bangalore. The event will offer networking opportunities with industry peers, investors, and mentors, enabling organizations to connect and expand their networks.

Step 9: Release of Event Coverage in Press

Photos and videos from the ceremony will be featured in media coverage, along with social media posts. This extended exposure will help spotlight the achievements of winning organizations, offering visibility and recognition across the industry.

  • All submitted documents and accomplishments must be original, with official signatures and seals from the nominee's organization.
  • Strict adherence to authenticity is required, with no tolerance for falsified documents or exaggerated claims.  
  • Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of esteemed jury members.
  • Judges will verify the legitimacy of all provided records to ensure the nominee’s achievements are genuine and accurately represented.
  • Evaluation of the nominee’s popularity and engagement on the educational journalist’s page, including the number of likes .
  • All nominations must be submitted by the specified to be considered for Awards.
  • Organisers reserve the right to use all or any part of materials (data collected, research material, photographs, news coverage, or any other such details) related to Awards for future use or any other publicity campaign.
  • Organizers also reserve the right to cancel any award in a particular segment or region or any of the categories specified above if required. No representation from any of the participants nominating themselves for such award or categories will be entertained.
  • Organisers also reserves the rights to cancel or postpone the event or change its venue in case of non-availability dates or for any other unavoidable reasons. All efforts will be made to update the winners of any such change well in advance.
  • Organisers reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • The jury decision will be final and binding.
  • Winners will be honored with an exclusive award trophy and a certificate recognizing their contributions and achievements in their respective fields , venue Bangalore.

  • Any Sole Proprietorship, Partnership Firm, or Private or Public Organizations can apply for the nomination of People Choice’s Award

    An applicant can go with the Individual category registration option if he/she wants to take part as an individual in the People Choice’s Award . Select the category “ Above & Beyond”.

Go through the categories > Understand as where your nomination can fit > Update all the asked details under “ Start Nominating Here “ form located at the bottom of the page.

Your application will be reviewed within 7-10  business days. If any additional information is needed, our team will reach out via phone or email to request supporting legal documents. Please note that applications not meeting our eligibility criteria may be declined.

An Award manager will be assigned to your application. Once the payment is completed as per our fees and charges, we will initiate the assessment process.

The whole process requires lot of manpower , technical resources ,auditors ,verifiers etc in addition to the expenses on Award Function . The fee/charges collected goes towards the above said expenses.

After the audit team completes their assessment, the jury convenes to review applicants’ details and make a final decision.

 

An applicant can do Online payment via Credit card , debit card , UPI .

An award manager will contact you via phone or email to gather the required details depending on the category that you have applied for. All provided details and documents will be forwarded to the audit team for assessment.

  • Business Registration Certificate (Mandatory) Not mandatory for “Above & Beyond Category .
  • Profile of Applicant\Nominee
